Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for students requiring additional support.
Work closely with facilitators to identify student needs and implement appropriate learning strategies.
Monitor and document student progress and review ILPs regularly.
Coordinate with parents, counsellors, special educators, and external professionals when required.
Guide teachers on differentiation, accommodations, and inclusive classroom practices.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records and intervention documentation.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide progress updates to school leadership.
Promote an inclusive, supportive, and student-centred learning setting.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
