We’re looking for an energetic and communication-focused professional to join our team as a telecaller cum Student Support & Sales Executive. This is a full-time, office-based role with excellent prospects to learn, grow, and earn incentives.

Role Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through outbound calls
Provide clear and accurate information about courses and programs
Respond to inquiries, conduct follow-ups, and address concerns professionally
Guide leads through the admission process and support conversions
Assist with front-desk and receptionist-related tasks whenever needed

Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 year of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or student coordination
Good communication skills in both English and Malayalam




Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven workplace
Confident, proactive, and organized personality
Basic computer handling skills

Important
This is a strictly in office / work-from-office position
Remote or hybrid work options are not available
