We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor cum Project Coordinator with around 2 years of experience in the construction field to support project costing,material planning, budgeting, and day-to-day project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and assist with quantity-related activities.
Support material planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring for projects.
Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and Execution Team for smooth project execution.
Follow up on material requirements and ensure timely delivery of resources.
Handle internal and external project communication and coordinate project-related tasks as required.
Maintain necessary project records, updates, and reports.
Support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth coordination and completion of assigned project activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering,



Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Around 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying/Estimation/Project Coordination in the construction industry.
Basic knowledge of BOQ, material planning, budgeting, and project coordination.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work with Project Managers and Procurement teams.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Candidates with practical construction/project experience and valuable coordination skills.
