Duties
Counsel students regarding Civil Services and other competitive examinations such as MPPSC, SSC, Banking, Railway, and other government exams.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and preparation requirements.
Provide accurate information about exam patterns,



eligibility, syllabus, preparation strategies, and relevant courses.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
Guide students in selecting the most suitable course or program.
Follow up with prospective students and convert qualified leads into admissions.
Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Build robust relationships with students and provide a positive counselling experience.
