JOB TITLE: F&B; SERVICE – RESTAURANT

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a polite and skilled manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions to guests.
Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.
Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order service.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Prepare and present bills accurately and assist with payment procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel operating standards.
Assist with opening and closing restaurant operations.
Support the team during breakfast, lunch,



dinner, banquets, and busy periods.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; service is preferred.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also be considered.
