Transport Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Transport Manager to manage our fleet of heavy tanker vehicles and handle day-to-day driver and transport operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage driver recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and daily allocation.
Monitor driver performance, discipline, conduct and safety.
Plan driver and vehicle deployment for daily trips.
Assist with route planning and trip coordination.
Handle driver complaints, issues and replacements.
Monitor fuel usage and identify excessive/unnecessary consumption.
Identify driver-related problems and recommend appropriate action to management.





Requirements
2–3 years of practical experience in transport/fleet operations.
Experience managing heavy commercial vehicle drivers preferred
Robust driver-management and communication skills.
Ability to handle transport-related issues independently and responsibly.

Ideal candidate: A hands-on person who can effectively manage drivers and ensure smooth, secure and disciplined transport operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
