Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Chandigarh University, Mohali, Punjab

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of classrooms, offices, corridors, washrooms, hostels, and common areas.
Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning standards are consistently maintained.
Maintain housekeeping schedules, checklists, and daily activity reports.
Ensure proper use, storage, and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
Coordinate with Facility Management and other departments regarding housekeeping requirements.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality,



Hotel Management, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a university, college, hospital, hotel, residential campus, or large facility.
Positive knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials, and hygiene standards.
Strong staff-management and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports and records.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,966.13 - ₹35,259.50 per month
