Job Description – Clinical Associate

Position: Clinical Associate
Location: Six Mile, Borbari, Guwahati
Clinic: Monjoven Hair Transplant & Cosmetic Surgery Clinic
Employment: Full time | 6 days/week

We are looking for a dedicated and patient-focused B.Sc Nursing / GNM professional to join our specialised hair transplant and cosmetic surgery clinic as a Clinical Associate.

The selected candidate will work closely with the doctors and clinical team and will receive structured training in hair-transplant procedures, aesthetic treatments, patient coordination and clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist doctors and the transplant team during hair transplant and cosmetic procedures
Prepare patients before procedures and provide appropriate pre-operative and post-operative care
Assist with preparation and maintenance of the OT/procedure room
Maintain strict sterilisation, infection-control and patient-safety protocols




Monitor patients during and after procedures and report any concerns promptly
Provide patients with clear pre- and post-procedure instructions
Handle patient counselling, coordination and follow-up
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Coordinate appointments, procedures and patient follow-ups
Work closely with doctors and other members of the clinical team
Maintain a high standard of patient comfort, professionalism and service

Eligibility
B.Sc Nursing / GNM
Freshers are welcome to apply
Candidates with experience in OT, surgery, dermatology, aesthetics, hair transplant or clinical nursing will be preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, responsible and willing to learn
Ability to work in a specialised, quick-paced clinical workplace

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
