We are hiring Chat Support Executives to provide customer support through chat. This is a non-voice role where you will assist customers by resolving their queries through written communication.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat.
Resolve customer concerns with accurate and timely responses.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates and Postgraduates can also apply).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Good computer knowledge.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.
Willing to work in rotational and night shifts.
Ready to relocate to Ahmedabad and work from the office.
