Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one counseling to students and families about study abroad opportunities.
Assist students in selecting universities, courses, and countries that align with their career goals.
Guide students through the application process, including document submission and timelines.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about visa requirements and procedures.
Handle telecalling inquiries from potential students to explain study abroad programs.
Maintain student records and update progress reports in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth application processing.
Stay updated on changes in admission requirements, courses, and visa regulations for study destinations like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, and New Zealand.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple student queries efficiently
Knowledge of overseas education processes and visa requirements




Proven ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents
Proficiency in telecalling and follow-ups
Detail-oriented and organized approach

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with international education systems
Experience in counseling for countries like the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, and others
Basic knowledge of student visa and loan processes

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education or related fields preferred)
