The Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for complete cost planning, estimation, quantity analysis, and financial control of projects (civil & interior).

The QS ensures that:
Accurate BOQs are prepared
Project costing is controlled
Billing and fund flow are properly aligned

The role acts as a bridge between Design, Site, and Accounts to maintain cost accuracy and financial discipline.

Billing & Invoice Coordination Prepare/verify client billing and contractor bills - Billing accuracy (%)- Billing delays (No.)- Incorrect billing cases (No.)
Vendor & Purchase Coordination Support procurement with correct quantity & cost inputs - Purchase errors due to wrong quantities (No.)- Cost variance in procurement (%)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
