Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Application Developer / Project Manager with strong expertise in React Native, Frontend, Backend, and AI-powered application development.

The candidate will be responsible for managing and contributing to our React Native mobile application project, from development and technical planning to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop end-to-end mobile and web applications.
Strong hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development.
Positive knowledge of Frontend and Backend development.
Work with APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, and third-party services.
Manage and coordinate the development team and project delivery.
Build and integrate AI features and AI-powered applications.
Work with AI Agents / Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other AI APIs.
Work with Prompt Engineering, Function/Tool Calling, AI automation, and AI workflows.
Experience with AI Chatbots, Conversational AI, Document AI/OCR, recommendations, text generation, summarization,



and classification.
Use Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency.
Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure application quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Full Stack/Application Development or Project Management.
Strong React Native experience is mandatory.
Good understanding of Frontend + Backend application development.
Experience building complete applications from frontend to backend.
Solid knowledge of AI/ML application integration and AI Agents.
Experience with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, AI APIs, and AI automation.
Experience with Claude Code or similar AI coding tools.
Strong technical, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
Valuable communication and project coordination skills.

Important: This is a 100% onsite position in Jaipur. React Native experience is a major requirement for this role.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
