Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design, planning, and project development
Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and design presentations
Review and approve design concepts, technical drawings, and specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
Ensure designs comply with building standards, codes, and regulations
Oversee site inspections and provide technical guidance during execution
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource planning
Mentor junior architects and draftsmen
Prepare proposals, reports, and documentation for project approvals

Requirements:
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and design software
Excellent creativity, visualization, and conceptual design skills
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Leadership, project management, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution
3 years of relevant architectural experience
Proven portfolio of completed projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
