Customer Support Manager - Post Sales Support.
Min 4 - 6 Yrs in Customer Relations or Support
Have to Lead and Managing Teams
To develop Customer Service Strategies
To Analyse Customer Feedback
Work with other departments (sales, marketing, product) to improve the overall customer experience and ensure alignment on customer-centric strategies.
Should have positive experience with tools like Freshdesk/Zoho Desk, and the ability to handle escalations, returns, delays, and customer dissatisfaction professionally.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
Manage the customer service department budget effectively.
