Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial real estate properties.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project briefings.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and prospects.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and bookings.
Coordinate with the sales and management team throughout the sales process.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
Stay updated on local property markets, projects, pricing, and competition.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and pipeline status.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
