Dr. V.S. Natarajan Geriatric Foundation is seeking Event Management Executive.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute health, wellness and senior-citizen events.
Coordinate with doctors, speakers, sponsors, vendors and guests.
Manage venue, logistics, registrations and on-ground arrangements.
Handle event promotions and coordinate with the media/content team.
Manage event timelines, budgets and post-event follow-ups.
Travel within Chennai for events when required.
Requirements
2–5 years of event management experience.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Tamil and English communication skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
