Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Blended Process Executives in Gurgaon. The role involves handling both voice and non-voice processes, providing effective customer support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Dropout candidates can apply.
GDS Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is mandatory.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.




Candidates should be comfortable working in a blended process involving voice and non-voice activities.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
Assist customers with travel-related queries and reservations using GDS systems.
Maintain accuracy while handling customer information and transactions.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Maintain skilled communication with customers at all times.
Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
