Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in a dealership, automobile, engineering, manufacturing, or similar industry.
Valuable hands-on knowledge of PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory compliances.
Familiarity with applicable Labour Laws and statutory regulations, including employment records, registers, returns, and compliance requirements.
Experience in PF & ESI registration, employee additions/deletions, monthly contributions, challans, and related online procedures.
Key Knowledge of Recruitment,employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll support, and maintaining employee records.
Ability to coordinate with statutory authorities, consultants, and government portals when required.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS software.




Need to co ordinate with recruitments and campus interviews.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential employee and payroll information.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.
Ability to independently follow up on monthly statutory compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion.
Candidates with practical experience in Kerala labour and statutory compliance will be preferred.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
