Job Responsibilities – Commis 1 (Continental)

Position: Commis 1 – Continental
Department: Kitchen / Food Production
Reports To: DCDP / CDP / Sous Chef

Key Responsibilities
Assist the DCDP/CDP in preparing Continental dishes as per standard recipes.
Perform daily mise en place including cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning, and preparation of ingredients.
Prepare basic Continental dishes such as soups, sauces, pasta, salads, vegetables, and other assigned items.
Follow recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation standards.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly prepared before cooking.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned kitchen section.
Follow FIFO and proper food storage procedures.
Check and maintain adequate stock of ingredients in the assigned section.
Assist senior chefs during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and banquet service.
Ensure food is prepared and served on time during

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
