Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, valuable communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a café environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages.
Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
Handle customer queries politely and promptly.
Support daily café operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel.




Hotel Management qualification is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
