Job description:

Sapodilla, a premium Pan Asian fine dining destination in Kolkata, is looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Senior Captain to join our team.

Eligibility:

Age: Up to 35 years

Candidates with experience in Pan Asian restaurants will be given preference

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the dining room staff
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional approach
Ensure prompt, courteous, and effective guest service at all times
Assist in table allocation, reservations, and managing walk-in guests
Train, mentor, and guide service staff to maintain high service standards
Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns in a professional manner
Ensure adherence to hygiene,



health, and safety standards
Oversee table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area readiness
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team for smooth service flow
Monitor shift operations to ensure seamless execution
Uphold restaurant policies and maintain service excellence
