Job Description: This position supports the Credit and Collections manager to raise invoices/Credit Notes, allocate payments and make necessary adjustments and write off’s - ensuring that SLAs and KPI performance are delivered to the wider Whitbread businesses.

Accountable for monitoring and managing the AR queries mailbox, allocating receipts for group bookings, creating invoices and credit memos, issuing them to customers, updating customer files. Chasing payment and updating the collections dashboard with customer notes and disputes and reconciling customer statements. Logging refunds and preparing the customer files for approval. This role will deliver for PI&R; timely production of all invoices/credit notes. Application of all cash payments accurately and in a timely fashion. Deal with any customer invoice disputes.

To undertake these processing tasks under the financial control framework ensuring FCF controls are adhered to, monitored and evidenced. Ensuring that the credit policy is updated and reviewed.





To build effective relationships with key internal and external customers & suppliers
Responsibilities: • Ensure all invoices and credit notes are produced in a timely fashion in line with SLA’s
Ensure all billing and collections are managed effectively and customer notes updated on the collections dash-board
Update customer collections strategy – send monthly dunning information and keep accurate records of disputed invoices at site level.
Create receipts from the bank statement and invoice daily
Ensure receipts are posted to the correct customer accounts
Allocate payments to the correct invoices
Ensure the AR mailbox is managed and that all email queries are responded within SLA
Ensure all adjustments/write offs are processed in fusion in a timely accurate manner.
Register refunds daily with AR mailbox and on the refunds log.

Qualifications: CA-Inter, BBM, BCom, MBA, MCom Candidate should be open to all shifts
