Sales & Marketing Manager – Monotech Engineers

Job Responsibilities
Develop current customers and business opportunities for industrial machinery.
Handle B2B sales, lead generation, customer visits, and order closures.
Promote Monotech products including Press Brakes, Shearing Machines, Hydraulic Presses, Plate Rolling Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Panel Benders, Baling Presses, and Industrial Magnets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and monitor competitors.




Coordinate with technical, production, and service teams.

Requirements
Graduate / Bachelor’s degree.
3–5 years of experience in a machine manufacturing company is mandatory.
Experience in industrial/B2B machinery sales preferred.
Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
