Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests, present menus, and offer recommendations or details on daily specials and dietary restrictions.
Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serving: Deliver meals and drinks promptly while checking for correct presentation and quality.
Guest Relations: Monitor tables, refill drinks, and handle customer requests or concerns with a positive attitude.
Payments: Present bills, process cash or card payments, and return correct change.
Table Setting: Prepare tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware before service.
Cleanliness: Explicit dirty dishes, wipe down tables, and keep the dining area hygienic and organized.
Closing Tasks: Restock service stations, roll silverware, and complete side-work as directed by management.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
