BCI (Business Connect India) is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team in Jamnagar.
The role involves communicating with business owners, generating leads, promoting BCI Membership & business opportunities, inviting prospects to meetings and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to business owners and generate leads.
Explain BCI Membership and business opportunities.
Invite prospects to BCI meetings and networking events.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule meetings and maintain lead records.
Maintain regular follow-up and activity reports.
Requirements
Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi.
Basic English is preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Telecalling / Sales experience is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets & WhatsApp.
Confident communication and positive follow-up skills.

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-Based
