Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and direct outreach.
Present our product/service and handle client queries.
Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue goals.

What We Look For
Target-Driven: Goal-oriented with a strong desire to excel in sales.
Valuable Communication: Transparent verbal and written skills in English/Hindi.
Resilience: Comfortable with outreach, objection handling, and follow-ups.

Compensation Structure
Target Base: Achieve ~ 20k- 25k in monthly sales revenue to earn a 10k base payout.
High-Performer Tier: Exceed targets to unlock payouts up to 15k+/month.

Salary

Probation: Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹7,000 - 10,000 /month (only for freshers)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
