Testing & Analysis
Perform routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and packaging materials.
Conduct chemical, physical, and instrumental testing as per approved specifications and test methods.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, pH Meter, Karl Fischer, Dissolution Apparatus, and Analytical Balance.
Prepare and standardize laboratory reagents and volumetric solutions.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of test results, observations, and laboratory activities.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) and analytical reports.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and company quality standards.
Review laboratory logbooks and complete documentation in a timely manner.
Calibration & Maintenance
Perform routine calibration and verification of laboratory instruments.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment.
Ensure laboratory cleanliness and proper storage of chemicals and samples.
Quality & Safety
Follow laboratory safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
Handle chemicals and hazardous materials safely.
Assist during internal and external audits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
