Job Description

We are looking for a energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven Travel Sales Expert with relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry to handle advertisement-generated travel enquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable travel solutions, and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.
Handle and respond to advertisement-generated travel enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, destination, duration, and other specific needs.
Prepare and share travel quotations, itineraries, and package details based on customer requirements.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain effective communication until booking closure.
Convert qualified travel enquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, objections, and provide appropriate travel solutions to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, conversions, and booking status.
Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
Coordinate with Operations, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth booking and execution of travel arrangements.




Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams until successful completion of the booking.
Maintain solid customer relationships and identify opportunities for repeat bookings, referrals, and upselling.
Stay updated on destinations, travel packages, hotel options, itineraries, and other travel-related products/services.
Ensure all customer and booking information is properly documented and updated in the relevant systems.

Performance & Incentives:
Attractive conversion-based incentives
Higher incentives for exceeding targets
Incentive eligibility linked to conversion rate and target achievement
Consistent non-performance may lead to reduced/no incentive and performance review

Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience in the Travel & Tourism industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international travel destinations and holiday packages.
Valuable understanding of travel quotations, itineraries, bookings, and customer handling.
Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Strong lead follow-up and conversion ability.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
