We are looking for enthusiastic, self motivated individuals with valuable communication and some experience in Hotel Reservations. It is a backend position in a Central Reservation Office managing Reservation & Revenue for multiple boutique and experiential resorts across India
This position is for Goa Office in Panjim located at Models Centrium. Candidates who are based out of Goa and can travel to office in Panjim should only apply for the position
Role Description :
Managing Voice and Email enquiries for Hotel Reservations
Pitching the product for conversion
Room inventory management on CRS & Channel Manager
Managing TA & OTA bookings
Maintaining enquiry database
Qualifications
Fluent in spoken English and Hindi
Positive in written English
Past experience in hotel reservations/ travel reservations/hotel front desk will be preferred
IT savvy with good knowledge of MS office

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
