Job Description

Pavalius Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Accountant to support our real estate and villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities and coordinating with project and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries
Handle receipts, payments, and basic reconciliations
Support billing, vouchers, and expense tracking
Update and manage data in CRM systems
Coordinate with project site team for financial records
Assist in preparing reports for management

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Ability to work with CRM/software systems

Experience with Zoho (Books / CRM) or similar software
Experience in real estate or project site accounting will be an added advantage
Good coordination and communication skills
