US Healthcare Scheduler / Virtual Care Coordinator
Location: Delhi / NCR
Experience: 1–4 Years
Shift: US Night Shift
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and manage patient appointments for US healthcare providers.
Handle inbound/outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
Coordinate virtual/telehealth appointments and follow-ups.
Verify patient information, insurance details, and appointment requirements.
Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems.
Coordinate with doctors, providers, and internal healthcare teams.
Reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments as required.
Resolve patient queries and provide excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with US healthcare processes and data privacy requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
