Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business data, identify trends, prepare reports, and support management in making effective business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales, revenue, expenses, and operational data.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
Track business performance against targets and KPIs.
Identify business trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, HR, Operations, and Management teams.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
Maintain accurate databases and reporting trackers.
Present key findings and insights to senior management.
Assist in process improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills
Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
Positive analytical and problem-solving ability.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
Ability to work with large datasets and prepare management presentations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
