Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Salesman to join our FMCG food-products distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting shops, taking orders, delivering products, and developing good relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops and generate sales orders.
Sell and promote company products to retailers.
Deliver products to customers as per orders.
Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
Identify current customers and expand the sales route.
Ensure proper handling and accounting of stock.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Report daily sales, collections, and market feedback to the management.




Follow company policies regarding credit sales and collections.

Requirements:
Previous experience in FMCG/food-product sales is preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and cash handling.
Ability to travel within assigned routes.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and performance.
