Experience: Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions
Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders
Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and coding standards
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolutions
Support Agile development processes and sprint planning activities

Skill: Required Skills and Qualifications:
5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
Robust proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
Experience with MVC architecture and design patterns




Positive knowledge of SQL Server and database design
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working in Agile or Scrum settings
Angular or full-stack development skills will be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading development teams or modules
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Experience with microservices architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
