Job Description

Narayanji Gajak Wale Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support & Calling Executive to handle customer communication and post-order support for our online business.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers after their orders are delivered, taking feedback, resolving delivery-related issues, coordinating replacement/return of damaged parcels, and handling enquiries for bulk/vendor orders.

The ideal candidate should have positive spoken English and Hindi, a polite communication style, and the ability to handle customers professionally over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Call customers after successful delivery of their orders and take feedback.
Communicate with customers in Hindi and English in a polite and professional manner.
Understand and resolve customer queries related to their orders.
Handle complaints regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products/parcels.
Coordinate with customers for return/replacement of damaged parcels as per company process.
Follow up with customers until their issue is resolved.
Maintain proper records of customer calls, feedback, complaints, and follow-ups.




Handle customer enquiries received through the company's Shopify website.
Coordinate and follow up on bulk orders and vendor enquiries.
Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Coordinate with internal teams for order-related issues and resolutions.
Achieve assigned calling and customer-support targets.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Polite, patient, and skilled while speaking with customers.
Confident and comfortable making customer calls.
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic understanding of online orders and customer support.
Ability to maintain records and follow up regularly.
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in customer support, telecalling, e-commerce, Shopify, or order management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
