We are looking for an experienced and agile Area Technical Manager to drive technical service, influencer engagement, business development, and secondary sales across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the secondary team in the assigned area.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with Architects and Engineers.
Onboard influencers under the SSML Influencer Scheme and drive month-on-month business growth.
Monitor daily team visits, PJP, and market coverage.
Increase the active Contractor and IHB base on a month-on-month basis.
Monitor secondary sales and ensure achievement against targets.
Handle and resolve influencer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and retention.




Prepare and present fortnightly and monthly performance reports to management.

Ideal Candidate:
7+ years of relevant experience in Cement / Paint / Building Materials.
Experience in Business Development or Technical Service.
Proven experience in territory and team handling.
Robust network among Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and other influencers.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-management, and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
