Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates for our Kannada Voice Sales Process at BTM Layout, Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Kannada.
Communicate with customers professionally and understand their requirements.
Explain products/services and highlight their features and benefits.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers and close sales.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Update customer information in the CRM/system.




Follow the prescribed calling script and sales process.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility & Skills
Fluent Kannada communication is mandatory.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Service, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales will be preferred.
