Key Responsibilities
Manage patient appointments, scheduling and confirmations
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and online leads
Welcome patients and ensure a smooth clinic experience
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for patient flow
Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments
Convert consultation enquiries into booked appointments
Assist in explaining treatment packages and clinic services
Maintain patient records and billing information
Collect patient feedback and Google reviews
Track daily clinic reports, appointments and revenue
Ensure reception and waiting area are maintained professionally

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a clinic, hospital, dental clinic, aesthetic clinic, salon or wellness centre
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Kannada speaking is an added advantage
Comfortable handling WhatsApp Business, phone calls and basic Excel




Robust customer service and sales skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:
Dermatology clinics
Aesthetic clinics
Dental clinics
IVF clinics
Cosmetic surgery clinics
Premium salons or wellness centres

will be preferred.
