We are seeking an experienced and energetic Manager of Talent Acquisition & Team Management to lead our recruitment efforts across India.

This pivotal role involves developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, managing a high-performing team of recruiters, and ensuring the successful delivery of hiring goals for various business units throughout the country.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in talent acquisition leadership, team development, and stakeholder management in a rapid-paced, pan-India setting. You will be instrumental in shaping the employer brand, optimizing recruitment processes, and leveraging technology to attract and secure top talent.
Develop and implement innovative, data-driven talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives across all regions in India.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for diverse roles across various functions and locations within India, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.




Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers across different business units to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on market trends and talent availability.
Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates nationwide.
Implement and optimize recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and reporting capabilities.
Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and job boards, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, supporting their professional growth and career development.
Identify and implement best practices in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience.
