Assist in preparation of concept designs, floor plans, elevations and sections.
Prepare detailed 2D drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop 3D models and presentations using SketchUp or similar software.
Assist with architectural detailing, material selection and specifications.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings.
Assist in preparation of BOQ, quantity estimates and material specifications.
Visit project sites and monitor work according to approved drawings.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors when required.
Identify site issues and communicate them to the senior architect/project team.
Assist in preparing presentation drawings, 3D views and project documentation.
Maintain proper drawing revisions and project records.
Participate in design discussions and contribute creative ideas.
Support the team in implementing sustainable and climate-responsive design practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
