Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level software applications.
Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to coordinate issue resolution.
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
Capability to document technical issues and solutions clearly for knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Epic Systems.
This position is based at our HDC4 - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
