BARTENDER – HIRING

Department: Food & Beverage / Bar
Position: Bartender
Location: Gangapur Road, Nashik
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Food & Accommodation: Provided

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks as per restaurant standards.
Take beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and service area.
Ensure proper setup and mise-en-place of the bar before and during service.
Maintain adequate stock of beverages, garnishes, mixers, and other bar supplies.
Handle glassware, bar equipment, and ingredients carefully.
Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and other service staff for smooth operations.
Provide friendly and qualified service and attend to guest requests promptly.
Follow restaurant SOPs, hygiene,



safety, and responsible service standards.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, hotel, bar, or fine-dining establishment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages.
Good communication and guest-handling skills.
Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced workplace.
Willingness to learn and follow restaurant standards and procedures.
