Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts (AP, AR, General Ledger)
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Handle TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Income Tax and GST laws
Assist in tax assessments, audits, and notices

Financial Reporting
Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
Support budgeting and forecasting processes

Audit & Documentation
Assist internal and external audits
Maintain proper documentation and records for compliance
Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings





Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) (preferred but not mandatory)
1–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation
Valuable knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian tax laws
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, etc.)
Strong understanding of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
