Operations Manager – Durg

Location: Durg, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Experience: 2–5 years
Background: PET / Electrical preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage day-to-day operations of the organization.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily work activities.
Manage and supervise staff/field teams.
Allocate work and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor team performance, attendance, and discipline.
Handle operational issues and take quick corrective decisions.
Maintain daily reports, records, and operational documentation.
Ensure smooth workflow, productivity, and adherence to company processes.
Support management in achieving operational and business targets.

Candidate Requirements
Candidates with PET or Electrical background will be preferred.
Valuable managerial, communication, and coordination skills.
Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day operations.
Robust leadership and problem-solving ability.
2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
