Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to handle bulk recruitment for healthcare and caregiving roles, including Nursing Staff, Caregivers, and other care-home personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and caregiving positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
Manage bulk hiring requirements and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Verify candidate qualifications and relevant experience.
Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
Coordinate with the management team to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.

Skills Required

Strong sourcing and screening skills, positive communication, candidate handling, bulk recruitment experience, and ability to work with high-volume hiring requirements.

Experience in healthcare, nursing, caregiving, hospital, or care-home recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
