Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Madhya Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka

About the Role:

We are looking for smart, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Managers to drive school marketing and business development initiatives across the assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have robust communication skills, relevant experience in the publishing and education domain, and a good network within schools.

The role involves building relationships with schools, promoting our educational and publishing solutions, and driving business growth across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with school coordinators, principals, teachers, and other key decision-makers.

Identify new school prospects and generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.





Promote and present the company's educational products, publications, and solutions to schools.

Conduct regular school visits and meetings to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities into business.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing schools to strengthen business relationships.

Achieve assigned business targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and service standards.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of commitments made to schools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
