About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Career Counsellor who can guide students and job seekers toward the right career path in IT and emerging technologies. If you enjoy interacting with people, understanding their goals, and helping them build a future, this role is for you.

You won’t just “sell courses” - you’ll transform careers.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with students, graduates, and career switchers via calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
Understand individual goals, skills, and challenges
Recommend suitable IT courses.
Counsel students on career paths, job market trends, and skill requirements
Follow up with leads and nurture them into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions
Collaborate with marketing & academic teams for better student outcomes
Support students throughout their learning journey (pre & post enrollment)

What We’re Looking For




Excellent communication & convincing skills (English + Tamil preferred)
Passion for helping people grow in their careers
Basic understanding of IT courses or willingness to learn
Robust interpersonal and listening skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Experience in counselling, sales, or EdTech is a plus (Freshers with passion can apply)

Compensation
Fixed Salary + High Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
