Profile: Store Manager

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Roles:

Manage complete store and warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, issue, return, and dispatch of materials. Manage RM, WIP, FG, PCBs, electronic components, and mechanical inventory with proper stock control. Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure inventory accuracy of 99% or above. Monitor stock levels and maintain optimum inventory while controlling shortage, excess, and dead stock. Handle GRN, material receipt, storage, material issue, returns, and dispatch with proper documentation. Ensure proper material identification, labeling, traceability, and systematic warehouse layout. Ensure timely availability of materials to the production/shop floor and prevent line stoppage due to store-related delays. Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase, Quality, and SCM teams for smooth material flow. Track material consumption against production plans and maintain appropriate safety stock. Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP/MRP systems. Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue, return,



dispatch records, MIS reports, and stock analysis. Manage inward and outward logistics, transporter coordination, proper packing, and on-time dispatch. Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes. Implement and maintain 5S, ESD control, audit readiness, and warehouse discipline. Improve warehouse productivity, process efficiency, inventory turnover, and carrying-cost control. Lead Store Supervisors, Helpers, and Material Handlers; allocate daily work and monitor team performance. Train the store team on safety, inventory control, SOPs, material handling, and process discipline. Ensure compliance with internal processes, SOPs, documentation requirements, and audit standards. Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain Management Candidates from Solar Inverter, EMS, SMT, Power Electronics, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred.
