Job Title: Sourcing & Closing Manager – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcing & Closing Managerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate sales and a proven track record in closing high-ticket deals. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Management:

○ Engage with potential clients and provide detailed insights into the project offerings.

○ Build strong rapport with clients to understand their requirements and financial preferences.

○ Guide clients through the decision-making process, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience.

● Sales Closure:

○ Effectively handle price negotiations and close deals within the defined ticket size

of ₹70 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores.

○Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed closure targets.

○Ensure timely execution of sales agreements and documentation.





● Strategic Planning:

○ Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.

○ Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify current opportunities.

○ Work closely with the marketing and sourcing teams to optimize lead conversion.

● Post-Sales Coordination:

○ Manage post-sale activities, including follow-ups on payment schedules and registration.

○ Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, preferably in closing high-value deals.

· Proven track record of handling ticket sizes ranging from ₹70 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores.

· Strong understanding of the real estate market.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a rapid-paced environment.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.

Pay: ₹13,797.44 - ₹30,000.00 per month
