Manage and oversee day-to-day hotel operations.
Lead and supervise all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance and Security.
Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction.
Drive occupancy, room revenue, F&B; revenue and overall profitability.
Monitor and manage P&L;, budgets, expenses and cost control.
Develop and implement effective SOPs and operational standards.
Lead, motivate, train and develop department heads and hotel staff.
Handle guest complaints and operational issues professionally and promptly.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
